We stand behind everything we sell. If you purchase a digital product and feel it wasn't worth it, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
We ask only that you've made a genuine attempt to use the product. We're not looking to catch anyone — we just want to make sure the framework had a fair chance to work for you.
To request a refund, email jaredpeno@simplifyit.co with your order details. We'll process your refund within 5 business days.
For session-based products:
If you purchased a bundle that includes both a digital product and a session, the digital product portion follows the 30-day digital refund policy above. Session portions follow the session policy.
Once a refund is issued, access to product documents, download links, and any shared resources should be discontinued. We trust our customers to handle this in good faith.
Refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer.
